Chaozhou mornings start early. By the time the light hits the yard, clay that was thrown the day before has already begun to firm up, and someone is already arguing—politely—about a rim that feels a millimeter too sharp.

That argument is useful. A vase that looks fine on a phone screen can still feel restless in the hand. We wait until the silhouette “settles”: the neck does not apologize, the foot does not wobble, and the curve does not need a story to explain itself.

From shop floor to workshop

MOONLIGHT did not begin as a factory brochure. We started closer to the retail side of the table, which is why we still talk about how a piece behaves next to a lamp or a stack of books. The longer version of that path is on Our Story; the day-to-day making sits on the factory page.

Why series matter more than one-off heroes

A single hero vase photographs well. A series stocks well. When shapes share a family of proportions, shops can reorder without resetting the whole window. That is also where OEM conversations get clearer—same body, different mark or glaze—on our OEM & customization page.

Visit the work, then ask for what you need

If you are planning a seasonal buy, walk the full catalog first, then tell us which silhouettes felt calm in person (or on a video call). We would rather adjust a glaze run than push a shape that never quite settled. Get in touch when you are ready.
